In the Forge web app, we link usage analytics and session recordings to your account (user ID, email, and dealership) so we can support you and improve the product. Recordings mask all on-screen text, form inputs, and repair-order documents, so repair order numbers, VINs, and customer details are not captured.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site (such as hosting and analytics providers), and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
