Warranty claim software, by OEM
Forge is a warranty claim processing service for car dealerships. We pull each warranty repair order, build the claim to your manufacturer's rules, file it in your OEM portal under your store's own login, and follow it until it's paid. Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Subaru, and BMW run in production today.
Every manufacturer adjudicates differently. The portal is different, the labor times are published differently, the pre-approval path is different, and the campaign vocabulary is different. So every claim is built against the rules of the brand your store actually sells, and your people stay with your customers instead of retyping repair orders.
Every other brand below is onboarded on request, and onboarding is a defined process rather than a promise: portal access, your warranty policy manual, a set of recent paid claims with their outcomes, and sample repair orders from your DMS.
The other half of the question is the system your store already runs. Forge needs no wiring into it and writes nothing back to it, and the warranty claim software by DMS pages cover what each one prints on a repair order and what that changes.

The other half is the system that prints the repair order
We work from the warranty copy your dealership management system already prints. No wiring project, no field mapping, and nothing written back. What changes between systems is how the document is laid out, and that is where a claim quietly loses a correction, a causal part, or an operation code.

Warranty claim software by DMSFrequently Asked Questions
- Why do warranty claims get rejected?
- Usually the claim doesn't match the manufacturer's rules: wrong labor op, code, or causal part, too much time, or missing approval or documents. Forge checks every claim before filing, and fixes and refiles any that bounce.
- Which manufacturers does Forge file warranty claims for?
- Ford, Lincoln, Stellantis brands (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, Alfa Romeo), Toyota, Subaru, and BMW, with more coming.
- Does it work with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, and other DMS platforms?
- Yes, with no integration or IT project. We use a read-only profile or your printed warranty copies, and never write to your DMS.
- Who files our claims, and what happens if the manufacturer audits one?
- Claims are filed under your dealership's own OEM portal user ID. If one is audited, we can pull the documentation for that claim, ready to use in the audit.
- How fast can a dealership get started?
- Most stores are live in under an hour after a short demo.
